David Scott has joined Fleishman-Hillard of Toronto as a senior vice-president and partner. He will also be the national lead of the agency's financial and investor communications department. Scott was most recently operating his won financial communications firm. He previously worked for Fleishman-Hillard in Toronto from 2004 to 2008.
