Kaiser Lachance promotes Allen

Kaiser Lachance Communications of Toronto has promoted Janine Allen to the position of senior vice-president. She has also become the agency's fourth partner. Allen will also continue to act as general manager of the agency. Prior to joining Kaiser Lachance in 2015, Allen was senior director of marketing at Sears Canada. Prior to that, she was a vice-president at Fleishman-Hillard and a senior consultant at Veritas Communications. She has also worked at Strategic Objectives and Ketchum Langdon Starr.
