British Council hires Zenergy Communications

The British Council, a UK-based charitable organization that promotes cultural relations between the United Kingdom and other countries, has retained Zenergy Communications as its public relations agency in Canada. The assignment consists of the development of a public relations campaign for the organization's 2017 schedule of arts and cultural events in this country. The 10 events, which will take place in various locations nationally, will include musical residencies, digital arts installations, initiatives related to arts and disability, and others.
"We are thrilled to be working with Zenergy Communications to raise awareness around our events for 2017 and generate momentum for this year's partnerships and events," said Mariya Afzal, country director for the British Council Canada. "As UK's leading cultural relations organization, the British Council aims to engage diverse audiences through its programming, and we are confident that Zenergy's implementation of this public relations campaign will help us achieve our goal."
