TransferWise retains High Road

Online money transfer service TransferWise, based in the United Kingdom, has hired High Road of Toronto as its agency of record for media and influencer relations in Canada. The company's service allows consumers in 50 countries to transfer funds internationally using the mid-market exchange rate for a one-percent fee. High Road will work to increase awareness of the company and its services in Canada.
"We were looking for an agency partner with a strong financial background and the technology sector expertise to help us raise our profile, grow the brand and broaden our reach in Canada," said Jo White, director of corporate affairs at TransferWise. "We also wanted an agency who shared our passion for driving change and pushing the envelope. High Road showcased that they understood our personality and had the experience to back it up."
