New general manager at Kaiser Lachance

Kaiser Lachance Communications of Toronto has promoted Janine Allen to the newly-created position of general manager. She will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Toronto office. Allen joined the agency a year ago as a vice-president. Prior to that, she was senior director of marketing at Sears Canada. She has also been a vice-president at Fleishman-Hillard and a senior consultant at Veritas Communications.
