Harbinger adds two

Toronto-based Harbinger has recently added two new staff members. Stephanie Kovacs and Nicole Legate have both joined the company as client service managers. They will work on accounts including Unilever and Dare Foods. Kovacs was most recently an account executive at Praxis. Prior to that, she was at Scotiabank and Launch. Legate was most recently an account manager at Idea Workshop. Prior to that, she was at MSLGroup, Smitten Creative and Veritas Communications.
