Kaiser Lachance promotes two

Kaiser Lachance Communications of Toronto has promoted Ray McIlroy to the position of manager. Prior to joining the agency in 2013, he was a consultant at Fleishman-Hillard. James DeCosimo has been promoted to the position of senior coordinator. He joined the firm as a media relations specialist in 2013 and became an account coordinator in 2014. Prior to that, he was part of the media relations department at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment.
