Globe and Mail begins trade campaign
By Adnews Staff
The Globe and Mail has begun a trade advertising campaign that will run for the next year. The print and online creative, developed by Black of Toronto, features black and white photographs of members of the paper's editorial and ad sales staff, as well as advertising clients. In each execution, the person pictured displays their hands, which are printed with copy about what they want. "The campaign recognizes the contributions of people who bring their vision, passion and talent together to ensure that the client solutions we provide achieve desired results with flawless execution," said Andrew Saunders, vice-president of advertising sales at the Globe. "We offer a supportive, creative and fully integrated cross-platform environment that is unparalleled in our industry. This campaign is compelling because the stories behind the real people tell it best." Media buying was handled by Gaggi Media, while public relations are being conducted by Environics Communications.
