SellOffVacations.com conducts Charge and Win contest

Toronto-based travel retailer SellOffVacations.com has begun a promotion called "Charge and Win" in association with MasterCard. Customers who book a winter vacation before Oct. 5 and pay for it with a MasterCard will be entered into a draw to win the cost of their trip and a set of luggage. Five winners will be selected.
