MindShare Learning holds interactive classroom contest

MindShare Learning of Mississauga has begun a promotion called the "21st Century Interactive Classroom Contest." The initiative is aimed at kindergarten to Grade 12 teachers at Canadian public schools. Qualified entrants must submit a video about their successes with interactive classroom technology or their vision of the 21st century classroom. Three winners will receive prize packages of classroom technology worth approximately $10,000. One winner will be selected each month in October, November and December. Hewlett Packard has signed on as the contest's title sponsor. Other prize sponsors include FrontRow, Epson, Microsoft, NetTrekker, Pearson, Smart Technologies and Texthelp.
