Air Miles, Rogers launch new magazine

Loyalty program Air Miles has launched a biannual magazine called Air Miles Inspired Living in association with Rogers Publishing. The 84-page magazine will be distributed to 800,000 members of the loyalty program. The publication will be produced in English and French, in versions containing content aimed at families, baby boomers, and residents of four Canadian geographic regions. "The segmentation strategy stems from our knowledge of consumer demographics and collector insights gathered through the Air Miles program," said Neil Everett, chief marketing officer at Air Miles. "The differentiated versions will inspire collectors with relevant offers and useful information based on their life stages." Content will include articles on travel, entertaining, decorating and various program merchandise. The magazine also introduces a new marketing tagline for the program: "The Destination for Inspired Living."
