North Strategic adds two

North Strategic has appointed Alice Choe to the position of digital director in Toronto. She was most recently digital platform strategy manager at Target Canada. Prior to that, she was director of media planning at Sears Canada. Choe has also worked at Rogers Publishing, Fuel Advertising, Isobar and Henderson Bas Kohn.

Paula Worthington has joined the agency as senior account director in Calgary. She will head the development of that office and the firm's expansion into western Canada. She was most recently vice-president of Brookline Public Relations. She has also held marketing and communications positions at WestJet and Resorts of the Canadian Rockies.
