Food delivery service Copper County Foods of Brampton, ON has rebranded itself as Heart to Home Meals. The company specializes in frozen meals, soups and desserts that are delivered to the consumer's location. The products are aimed primarily at seniors. According to the company, the rebranding is intended to make the company's identity more memorable. The branding also includes a new logo and website at <http://www.hearttohomemeals.ca>.
"The rebrand was largely driven by feedback from our customers who told us our company could reach and help more seniors with a brand that better resonated," said company president Michael Gazer. "Our core service commitment is designed for seniors who want the choice and convenience to maintain an independent lifestyle, so it was important that we undertake steps to effectively reach and remain top of mind for our customers."
