Melman joins Air Miles

Toronto-based loyalty program Air Miles has appointed Justine Melman to the position of chief customer officer. She will oversee customer and digital engagement. Melman most recently operated her own firm called JM Marketing Consulting. Prior to that, she was vice-president of marketing at Postmedia and vice-president of marketing and communications at Flybits. Air Miles is operated by LoyaltyOne.
