Unilever retains Venture Communications for Knorr account

Unilever Canada of Toronto has appointed Venture Communications of Calgary its agency of record for brand activation work on the Knorr product line. The Knorr brand comprises soups, seasonings, marinades and sauces. Venture will handle promotional, retail and in-store marketing for Knorr. The agency won the account in a competitive review process involving an unknown number of contenders. “We are impressed by Venture’s work on other Unilever brands and their insight and passion for Knorr, which was evident throughout the review,” said Sarah Dundas, Knorr brand manager. “They understand what drives our business and bring great strategy, creative and market insights to the table.” Advertising for Knorr was previously handled by DDB Canada.
