New business solutions director at Horizon Media

Toronto-based Horizon Media Canada has appointed Nassab El Eter to the position of director of business solutions. Based in Alberta, she will work to increase the agency’s presence in western Canada. She was most recently a media director at Believeco. She has also been a media manager at Venture Communications.
