Toronto Raptors, Ford hold joint promotion in Toronto

The Toronto Raptors basketball team and Ford of Canada will display a customized vehicle in front of Union Station in Toronto today as a joint promotion in advance of the 2006 National Basketball Association Draft. The Toronto Raptors Ford Fusion contains seats upholstered in the leather used to make basketballs, along with six internal and four external video screens, a 2000 watt sound system and a Playstation 3 video game console. In addition, the trunk contains a miniature replica of the basketball court at Air Canada Centre. Pedestrians who have their photograph taken with the car will be entered in to a draw, the winner of which will receive the vehicle at the Raptors’ home opener.
