Greenspoon joins Kantar

Kantar of New York has appointed Jeff Greenspoon to the position of chief executive officer for the Americas. He will begin work on Aug. 4. Greenspoon was most recently chief global client officer and chief business officer for the Americas at Dentsu. Prior to that, he was CEO of Dentsu in Canada.
