TNS forms agreement with Medallia

Toronto-based market research company TNS has formed an agreement with Medallia, a software firm based in Palo Alto, CA, to use the latter company's customer experience management system in its market research activities. The new system will deliver daily reports based on customer feedback to clients conducting market research. The system collects customer feedback from websites, mobile application and social media channels.

"TNS and Medallia's combined solution will trigger a paradigm shift in how organizations use customer feedback data, moving from just understanding customer insights to driving real operational execution of customer experience improvement," said Stefan Schmelcher, global head of customer experience management at TNS. "The solution goes beyond traditional approaches, where insights were often kept to small groups and only delivered in standard reports. Instead, it brings the voice of the customer into organizations' daily operations, uniting teams around customer success and ultimately driving company performance and transforming businesses."

TNS is a division of Kantar, which is the data management subsidiary of WPP.
