Coast Capital begins new campaign

Credit union Coast Capital has begun a new advertising campaign called “We’re For Real.” The campaign, developed by Cossette, introduced a new band identity for the company. The British Columbian campaign includes 60- and 15-second television commercials, as well as radio and out-of-home advertising, social content and display ads. The campaign is part of an initiative by the credit union to focus on helping consumers reduce debt and increase income.

“We want Canadians to see themselves in the work and relate to the stories we’re telling,” said Jacob Greer, creative director at Cossette. “We cast real people in these spots and created a look that was both gritty and beautiful, realistic and optimistic, because that’s the truest reflection of real life. It can be tough, but with the right support and perspective you can get on track to where you want to be.”
