Kids Help Phone readies Never Dance Alone-a-thon

Charitable organization Kids Help Phone is readying an online event called the “Never Dance Alone-a-thon.” The event, which will be conducted in association with Air Miles and BMO, will take place on Facebook Live on May 31. It is intended to raise awareness of the organization’s work in support of Canadian youth mental health. The event will be hosted by television personality Jessi Cruickshank and will feature live performances from musicians and dancers including Sarah and Gianni from Walk Off The Earth, Blanco Brown and Danny Fernandes, among others. Viewers will also be encourages to upload videos of themselves dancing via social media sites. The virtual event will take the place of the organization’s annual fundraising walk.
