Toyota hires The&Partnership, Vision7 Media

Toyota Canada has retained The&Partnership and Vision7 Media to handle its retail marketing. The automaker selected the firms after an agency search process that began in February. The assignment represents a consolidation of the marketing activities for Toyota Canada and the Toyota Dealers Associations. It includes creative development, digital activities, analytics, media planning and media buying.
To service the account, The&Partnership and Vision7 will form a dedicated joint entity called The Showroom. The first communications campaign from the entity is expected to break in the new year. Multicultural communications will be handled in collaboration with Response Advertising.
"Our multi-discipline team was built specifically for Toyota Canada and will be working in tight collaboration, with digital and data transformation at its core," said Christopher Andrews, president of The&Partnership. "Marketers are increasingly looking for these kinds of modern, bespoke solutions, and we're seeing great success with the model.
