Leland joins Cossette Media

Brooke Leland has been appointed senior vice-president and general manager of Cossette Media. She will head the agency's operations in Toronto and Vancouver. Leland was most recently vice-president of connection planning at Jungle Media. Both Jungle and Cossette are subsidiaries of Vision7 Media.
