Yellow Pages begins YP Dine campaign

Yellow Pages has begun a new national marketing campaign in support of its YP Dine mobile application. The free program specializes in restaurant listings, reviews, reservation booking and take-out ordering. The campaign includes a 45-second video featuring three animated characters representing the heart, brain and stomach, trying to decide where to eat. The video has been posted to the Yellow Pages YouTube channel.

The digital advertising campaign also includes online banners, social media activities, cinema pre-show ads and advertising on the LaPresse+ tablet application. The initiative will run until December in Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton and Quebec City. The campaign was developed in collaboration with Leo Burnett and Jungle Media.

"YP Dine helps Canadians discover, find, interact and transact with small businesses," said Paul Brousseau, vice-president of brand communications at Yellow Pages. "YP Dine is designed to house all our dining needs in one easy-to-use app, while delivering a fun and useful experience with top-of-the-line functionalities."
