Bloom promotes one, adds one

Montreal-based digital agency Bloom has appointed Caroline Ventézou to the position of search engine optimization director. She was most recently SEO project manager at Yellow Pages. Prior to that, she spent four years at Meditative. Bloom has promoted Angelica Mateus-Saenz to the position of director of creative services. She joined the agency last year as a creative lead. Prior to that, she was an assistant media director at MediaCom Canada.
