Houde-Simard joins Bloom

Montreal-based digital marketing agency Bloom has appointed Rachelle Houde-Simard to the position of social and creative vice-president. She will head the firm’s social media, influencer marketing and creative departments. Houde-Simard was previously director of creative content and social media at Bloom on a contract basis. She has also worked at Digital Dimension Entertainment, Tam-Tam TBWA and Tux Creative.
