New vice-chairman at Hill&Knowlton Strategies

Hill&Knowlton Strategies Canada has appointed Peter Donolo to the position of vice-chairman. He will act as an advisor to the agency's senior management and clients, with a focus on communications strategy and public engagement. He will begin work on July 18.
Donolo is currently a special adviser to the Ontario government on intergovernmental affairs and communications. Prior to that, he was senior vice-president of public affairs at the Toronto 2015 Pan/Parapan American Games Organizing Committee. He has also been chief of staff to the federal Leader of the Official Opposition.
Donolo has also been an executive vice-president at The Strategic Counsel, senior vice-president of public affairs at Air Canada, director of communications at the Office of the Prime Minister, and director of communications at the Office of the Mayor of the City of Toronto. He has also worked at Commuinque and Wallace-Saffer Advertising.
