Staples hires Jungle Media

Office supply retail chain Staples Canada has retained Jungle Media of Toronto as its national media agency of record. The agency won the account in a request-for-proposals process. The assignment includes media planning and buying including print, radio, out-of-home, television and digital video, as well as media strategy development. Jungle Media is currently working on an ongoing Staples Canada campaign called “Let’s Find Out.”

“We are redefining our brand from an office supplies retailer to ‘The Working and Learning Company,’ and we realized we needed innovative and creative minds in media to help advance this work,” said Dave Mazzone, vice-president of marketing at Staples Canada. “This is ultimately why we selected Jungle. Beyond the agency’s ability to deliver maximum value from our budgets, the rigor we’ve felt since the start of our partnership has been impressive.”
