3M conducts Moving Party promotion in Quebec

3M Canada has released an online video called "Moving Party." The video depicts a promotion the company conducted in Quebec on July 1, a traditional moving day in the province. Comedian Phil Roy and a group of promotional workers in branded cars distributed moving supplies such as tape, sponges, bandages and hooks to consumers in Montreal, Quebec City, Sherbrooke, Trois-Rivières and Gatineau. Consumers were also invited to share pictures of their move on social media sites using a campaign hashtag. For each post, 3M donated two dollars to Habitat for Humanity in Quebec. The promotion supported 3M brands Scotch-Brite, ScotchBlue, Command, Scotch, Tensor and Nexcare. It was developed by Bam Strategy of Montreal.

"This campaign was the perfect way to target the Quebec market and get our products in people's homes," said Lana Jensen, brand manager for 3M Canada. "We couldn't be happier with the results."
