NEW CHIEF AT Y&R

Howard Breen will join Young & Rubicam of Toronto next week as executive vice-president, managing director and chief operating officer. Currently he is executive vice-president, managing director at board member at BBDO Canada of Toronto. Breen has also worked at Palmer Bonner of Toronto. Breen replaces Serge Rancourt, who is now heading up the Y&R office in Germany.
