Electronics retailer Future Shop has renewed its appointment of Toronto-based Citizen Optimum as its public relations agency of record. Citizen retained the account in a review process involving an unknown number of firms. "Citizen Optimum has been a fantastic partner of ours for more than four years," said Elliott Chun, communications manager at Future Shop. "They demonstrated creativity, industry knowledge and strategic ability that provides the kind of value we have become accustomed to over the years." The assignment includes marketing activities developed in association with Cossette, as well as various corporate and community initiatives.
