Montreal-based group buying website Tuango.ca has acquired the assets of group buying website LeRenard.ca. As a result, Square Victoria Digital Properties, the owner of LeRenard.ca, has become a minority shareholder in Tuango.ca. The operations of LeRenard.ca will be merged into Tuango.ca. "This acquisition enables us to reach a much larger audience and to source a wider variety of quality offers for our members," said Eduardo Mandri, president of Tuango.ca.
