Tuango.ca buys RestoBoom.com

Montreal-based group-buying website company Tuango.ca has acquired the assets of RestoBoom.com, which specializes offering discounts at participating Quebec restaurants and grocery stores. The 65,000 members of RestoBoom.com will be made members of Tuango.ca. "Tuango.ca is proud to continue its commitment to bringing its subscribers the best possible deals," said Eduardo Mandri, co-president of Tuango.ca. "Thanks to this acquisition, Tuango.ca will be able to feature an increased number of excellent restaurant deals while at the same time offering local merchants an increased reach and visibility on the RestoMontreal.ca website."
