Espial hires Poulidis

Ottawa-based on-demand television software company Espial has appointed Philip Poulidis to the position of vice-president of its Smart TV division. Poulidis was previously president and CEO of Morega Systems. He has also worked at Intellom, Conexant, Novell and Aliant.
