Interac Association conducts Dine with Interac promotion

The Interac Association has begun a promotion called "Dine with Interac." During the promotion, developed by Fuse Marketing Group of Toronto, customers who pay for meals at participating restaurants with an Interac debit card will be eligible for one of 180 cash prizes of $500. Customers can win by visiting a website at <> and entering a number from their restaurant receipts. The promotion will run nationally until Oct. 30. It is being supported with digital, print and radio material. Media planning and buying were handled by Agency59. "The Dine with Interac promotion reflects the Interac brand," said Fuse president Stephen Brown. "It's simple, straightforward and effective. We built the promotion to help put Interac debit top-of-mind for consumers when dining out and for restaurants as they consider payments acceptance choices."
