Play Taxi Media introduces wrapped cabs
Play Taxi Media of Toronto has introduced a new advertising option in the form of wrapped taxi cabs. The company estimates that these ads will be seen by approximately 300,000 viewers per month per vehicle. The first advertiser to make use of this inventory is Interac Association, which is currently conducting a campaign with Play Taxi Media in downtown Toronto. The effort will run until the end of June.
"Taxi wraps were a logical progression for Play and we are very excited to now offer them to our clients," said Play Taxi CEO Zac Killam. "Play started by offering a highly engaging touch screen solution inside the cab, giving advertisers a captive audience for a full 15 minutes, and now we are able to extend brand messaging outside of the cab to incorporate this mass reach, high-profile branding option as well."
