AD EXECS TO JUDGE WHITE RIBBON POSTERS

Six executives from some of Canada's largest and most successful ad agencies will form a judging panel to decide the winner of the White Ribbon Campaign poster contest. The committee chairman is Harrod & Mirlin creative director and executive vice-president Brian Harrod. Others on the committee are Shelley Ambrose of J. Walter Thompson, David Rosenberg of Ambrose Carr Linton Carroll, Steve Landesberg of Ogilvy & Mather, Marta Cutler of McLaren McCann and Bedborah Preinger of Roche Macaulay & Partners Advertising. The White Ribbon Campaign is a non-profit organization working to end violence against women. The Canada-wide contest will result in the selection of a poster concept to be displayed in businesses, community organizations, churches and schools across the country. The winning entry will be announced during the first week of October.
