Panasonic Canada begins Viera campaign

Toronto-based Panasonic Canada has begun a multi-media advertising campaign to promote its Viera line of flat-panel televisions. The initiative includes national television, print and outdoor advertising, developed by Bensimon Byrne of Toronto. The creative seeks to illustrate the product’s ability to deliver a superior home theatre viewing experience. The first ad, called “Colourful Wonderful,” consists of a series of images intended to demonstrate the Viera’s ability to display colour faithfully. “Viera televisions have always dominated the segment,” said agency creative director David Rosenberg. “We needed to make sure the advertising was reflective of this by underlining Panasonic’s commitment to superior performance in its Viera product.”
