Walker joins Fleishman-Hillard

Bill Walker has been appointed senior vice-president and partner at the Toronto office of Fleishman-Hillard. He will work in the agency's national corporate and issues management practice group. Walker spent 20 years at the Toronto Star. His positions includes bureau chief at Queen's Park, Parliament Hill and Washington, DC.
