Pfizer Canada releases new Viagra ad

Pfizer Canada has released a new execution in its ongoing Viagra Confessions campaign. The 15-second television commercial, called "Redecorating," broke on Oct. 1. The ad depicts a couple whose marriage was almost ruined by too much home redecorating. The man says, "So I tried Viagra, and my redecorating practically disappeared." The campaign was developed by Taxi Canada. Media was handled by MediaCom. "Confessions struck a real chord with Canadians who liked the warmth and humour of our initial episodes, which focused on antiquing, strolling and over-extensive TV sports-viewing habits," said Marc Charbonneau of Taxi. "Pfizer's goal is always to create an icebreaker for couples to speak to each other and their doctors in an open way. We hope our new series of TV messages will encourage Canadian men and couples who are curious about Viagra to feel comfortable enough to ask their health care professionals about any questions they might have."
