New chairman, president at M2 Universal

Hugh Dow has been appointed to the newly-created position of chairman of Toronto-based M2 Universal. He will begin work in that capacity on July 1. Dow was previously president of the agency. This position will now be filled by Sara Hill, who is currently managing director of the company. M2 Universal is the media planning and buying division of MacLaren McCann.
