Toronto-based Rogers Media Television has signed an advertising sales representation agreement with Channel M of Vancouver. Rogers TV Sales will manage national advertising for Channel M, which airs a mix of English-language and multicultural programming. The channel reaches approximately three million residents in the Lower Mainland area and Vancouver Island. "We are pleased to bring forward more opportunities for advertisers to reach multilingual audiences in western Canada" said Mitch Dent, executive vice-president of sales at Rogers Media Television. In related news, Rogers TV Sales is no longer be managing advertising sales for Omni Vancouver and OMNI Manitoba. These stations are now owned by Toronto-based, S-Vox.
