S-Vox shuffles senior staff

Peter Miller has departed the position of chief operating officer at Toronto-based broadcaster S-Vox. Mark Prasuhn, the company’s chief content officer, will now take on the additional responsibilities of COO. Jane Macnaughton, the company’s chief financial officer, will now also handle operational and strategic planning. Terry Markus, previously general counsel and board secretary at S-Vox, has been promoted to the position of executive vice-president and general counsel.
