Pepsi-QTG Canada begins Aeroplan promotion

Pepsi-QTG Canada has formed an agreement with Aeroplan by which purchasers of eligible Quaker and Tropicana breakfast products will receive points in the Aeroplan Miles loyalty program. The multi-year agreement will begin this month. Marketing promotions will present the loyalty program as an incentive to encourage product consumption among consumers and increase traffic at retail locations. According to the companies, this is the first time a consumer packaged goods company as participated in the Aeroplan program. To receive their loyalty points, consumers must enter an identification number found on product packaging at the BreakfastCentral.ca website. The program was developed and is being managed by OSL Marketing of Toronto.
