Golf Town retains Top Drawer Creative

Retail chain Golf Town has assigned its media planning and buying account for 2007 to Top Drawer Creative of Toronto. The agency has been working for Golf Town since 2000 on strategic planning, customer relationship management and electronic commerce. “We have been buying media direct for three years and we felt it was time to get some outside expertise to ensure we are maximizing our ROI on every media channel we will be in,” said Kerry Smiley, director of marketing at Golf Town. The company plans a national media buy that will include most large markets in Canada. The chain has 28 locations nationally.
