Colliers International hires The Collective

Toronto-based Colliers International has hired The Collective, also based in Toronto, to develop a new marketing program and creative positioning for the Parkway Mall shopping centre. The campaign will include out-of-home, direct mail, newspaper and in-mall advertising, timed to coincide with a back-to-school promotion. “I’ve worked with the key players at The Collective in the past,” said William Correia, shopping centre manager for the Parkway Mall. “The thinking was strategic, the tactics were sound, and the creative was on the mark.” The Collective’s other real estate development clients include Brookfield Properties, Darton Property Advisors, Oxford Properties and RioCan REIT.
