New general manager at OVE Design and Communications

Publicis Canada of Toronto has appointed Len Wise to the position of executive vice-president and general manager of OVE Design and Communications, the agency’s branding and design division. Wise has worked for Publicis for six years, most recently as manager of the European HP account in London. He has also managed the CIBC and Allstream accounts.
