SpeechScience hires BlueSky Communications

Toronto-based SpeechScience has retained BlueSky Communications, also based in Toronto, to conduct an awareness program in the Greater Toronto Area. SpeechScience offers speech therapy, voice training and public speaking training. BlueSky will work principally to promote its workshops. “We required a firm that could incorporate our media relations and marketing needs in a way that fully engages our target audiences,” said Bonnie Gross, president of SpeechScience. “Everyone from the corporate executive who wants to improve their presentation skills, to the new Canadian who wants to reduce their accent, to the entrepreneur who wants to become a better networker.” The marketing campaign will consist of communications aimed at segmented target markets, including public relations, media relations and advertising. A component aimed at Toronto’s Chinese business community has already begun. A second phase aimed at human resource professionals will begin later this fall. The entire campaign will roll-out over the next year.
