High Road Communications launches social media division

High Road Communications of Toronto has launched a new social media and digital marketing division called Vox. The division will specialize in public relations aimed at blogs, chat rooms and online forums, along with online community relations and experiential marketing. The division’s programs will seek to reach online journalists, enthusiasts and special interest groups. These services will be offered to all of High Road’s clients as part of their overall public relations initiatives. “Technology is driving rapid change in how we create and consume information,” said Justin Creally, senior vice-president at High Road. “Online tools like blogs, podcasts and social networks are having a profound impact on the way companies and brands are perceived. Vox enables our clients to move from conventional communications into a two-way dialogue with their target audiences to drive positive awareness and create customer connections.”
