Videotron promotes Dessureault

Videotron of Montreal has promoted Isabelle Dessureault to the position of vice-president of content commercialization and public affairs. She will be responsible for the distribution, commercialization and programming of content for the company's television, Internet and mobile platforms. She also remains president of MATV, a specialty television channel for Videotron customers. Dessureault joined Videotron in 2005 as general manager of communications. In 2006, she became vice-president of corporate affairs and head of the VOX television channel, now MATV. From 2008 to 2010, she was vice-president of public affairs at parent company Quebecor Media.
